Cebu, at your service!

The charm of the informal service sector

Cebu City is the economic heart of the south and the second region in economic importance for the country. Like in all cities in developing countries, many people are

active in the service sector. In the industry and the modern (formal) service sector, there is a lack of enough jobs. That's why many families have developed their own small business, most of the time not officially registered (informal).

All kind of services

Businesses, give income to the family, enough to life and to make sometimes small savings. The productivity per person  will not be that high, but most important is that there is always the guarantee of income!
